ABOUT

Instead of using one style, Hap Kwon Do incorporates three styles (hard and soft): 

  • Kung-Fu


  • Hap Ki Do


  • Tae Kwon Do



There are many physical and mental benefits of Hap Kwon Do, such as:

  • Reduced stress and fatigue


  • Improved health through physical fitness


  • Weight control


  • Practical self-defense

*Missed lessons must be made up within ONE month.

*If a payment is not made within 5 days, there will be a $40.00 late fee.
